Its not working

I used this taxi firm for the first time today 15/10/21.they sent me a text message to tell me my taxi Had been dispatched, &who my driver was ,also an app to see his progress, the taxi was on time, the driver was a lovely guy who spoke to us , a smart taxi driver clean car I highly recommend them to any one

The worst company ever! Waited 20 min instead of 1 min for a damn car! Get your s... togheter! And the guy who takes the orders should be trained with better comunication skills!

Easy to use app. Ordered a cab, paid with card and I was on my way in fifteen mins. Only thing is it takes a while for the taxi to be dispatched

Actually use this company to get to work always been great thought downloading the app would be easier for me but was unable to register as never reseved my code after entering my number 5 times will just carry on ringing up

App won't allow card to register in order to pay with anything but cash. Cars invariably late even at quiet times. Some drivers are lovely, but others will openly try to short change you and become aggressive when you won't allow it. Recommend avoiding this company.

They charged me just for downloading the app, even though I never got the chance to book a taxi. Scammers.

I booked a cab for my mom and they cancelled the booking without letting me know. She had to wait 1 hour in the cold. Awful service. Do not recommend.

They withdraw 8£ for a trip I canceled 1 sec after having ordered it because I missclicked and didn't even answer When I asked for a refund... And It's actually more expansive than Uber, just to let You know...
